Organisations will sometimes find themselves without the technical leadership they need. Perhaps having technology leadership at senior management level is a new idea that needs to be tested, or a key staff member has moved on and recruiting for the long-term is challenging.
You may have excellent technical staff internally, but they do not have quite the skills and experiences for the challenges you face and need leadership and development. Or perhaps a particularly significant organisational change requires additional strategic support.
As a strategic technology leader, I have experience managing technology infrastructure changes both large and small. Creating a vision for change and guiding and advising senior leaders on strategies for achieving these goals.
Knowledgeable about technology systems across a wide range of digital and data requirements, and with a strong understanding of the fundraising and engagement business processes and strategies they need to serve, I’m able to understand your needs and support your organisation in finding a pathway to success.
