I will take a “people > process > technology” approach to problem solving. The technology is almost always the easiest bit in any change project, and without fixing the more core issues, new tools can quickly replicate old systemic problems

I am completely independent and hold no affiliation with any software vendor or solution provider, so I will remain objective in my work and will always seek to be honest and direct in my communication

Having worked for a decade in a global team, as well as through the pandemic, I am adept at delivering workshops remotely and am happy to provide services either in person or online, whatever is your preference
